The Supplier Experience Management platform SupplierXM is our flagship platform for retailers. SupplierXM is the platform for product data management that sits at the intersection of a supplier’s data and retailers, allowing them to collect, centralise, list, enrich and publish product data. SupplierXM empowers retailers to take 5 critical actions that are necessary to build winning omnichannel shopping experiences: - COLLECT product data from suppliers, no matter the source or data format - CENTRALISE product data from wherever it is currently being stored - LIST that data in the retailer’s product information management environment - ENRICH data so it is optimised to deliver content-rich e-commerce experiences - PUBLISH that data across multiple channels (brick & mortar, click & collect, e-commerce) SupplierXM is the platform supporting our 2 main use cases: Accelerated Product Listing & Enrichment for e-commerce.


ProductXM is our flagship platform for brand manufacturers. It comprises all of the solutions and packages we sell to our brand customers, including Activation, DTC, Insights, our core and enterprise platform capabilities, and more. The goal of understanding this platform is to orient customers as to how all our solutions work together, and the executive-level business challenges the platform solves for. This is key for being successful with our “land-and-expand” strategy. It was built to give brand manufacturers a modern solution to easily manage, optimise, and syndicate their product data to an omnichannel environment.


CommerceXM is the combined set of solutions offered by Salsify. Salsify’s CommerceXM Platform has two components. First is the foundational CommerceXM Core Platform, and layered on top of that is CommerceXM Enterprise Services. Salsify’s CommerceXM Core platform provides all customers with the baseline level of product data storage and management capabilities needed for Salsify’s applications.
