This is a relaxed and collaborative group session, designed to encourage open discussion and shared learning among retailers. We encourage you to join from a quiet space where you can take part in the conversation, and if possible, keep your camera on to help create an engaging and interactive atmosphere.
We’re inviting all retailers to join us for a discussion on improving eCommerce conversion rates and order values through marketing channels. It will take place on 16th July at 11am, with the structure of an informal virtual roundtable session, where retailers will get the chance to hear from each other and explore opportunities for growth.
IMRG will open the session with data from their Online Retail Index which will reveal marketing channel performance for the total market, covering insights on email, organic, paid ads, social, display, affiliates, direct, and also GA4 metrics.
Then we will participate in a relaxed and informal conversation about the strategies retailers have in place, the outcomes, and future opportunities to convert consumers and improve order values.
Before the session, have a think about these key questions:
- What marketing channel do you believe is most effective at driving conversion?
- What messaging and tactics do you use to increase average spend per order?
- What marketing channels are not working as strongly for you and why?
- Have you got any key learnings from recent marketing campaigns?
- What key things do you look for to measure the success of marketing channel performance?
We will be joined by Awin, BigCommerce and Genie Goals who will share their practical tips for improving marketing channel performance and experiencing uplifts in conversion and spend.
