I’m responsible for the digital customer experience across all brands and devices, so your insight provides vital industry context. 

It is also extremely interesting to hear more about industry trends and see aggregated data from the UK online retail industry.

Enabling us to frequently compare our performance at both a macro and category-level against the market, which has been more important than ever when trying to make sense of the market as we’ve annualised against lockdown.
