Join IMRG and fellow industry leaders for a relaxed, informal discussion on re-platforming. On Wednesday 1st October you will get the chance to learn from your peers’ experiences and the lessons they’ve gained along the way. Special guest experts will also share guidance on selecting the right platforms and ensuring a smooth transition.
As our final virtual roundtable before peak season, this session will also feature insights into total market performance and steps for optimising results. We’ll share the latest data before opening up the floor for an interactive discussion on re-platforming among retailers.
Patrick Osborne from QVC International will be joining us to share lessons learnt from re-platforming from multiple legacy softwares to a single provider across five international markets. He’ll cover vendor selection, internal training, IT and business input and ways of working with the selected vendor.

Alongside Patrick Osborne, we’ll be joined by special guests from Optimizely, Bloomreach, and PXP, who will share practical advice and their top tips for a successful re-platforming journey.
