WHAT IS OUR MARKET TRACKER?

A benchmarking tool. Since April 2000, IMRG have been working with Capgemini to track online retail sales and performance in the UK.

We now track hundreds of metrics and over £30bn of online sales, collected from 200 retailers, so that you can compare how you’re doing in the online retail market.

 

 

 

 

HOW DO WE TRACK THE DATA?

Our data comes directly from retailers, who submit their figures to us every month via a secure portal.

 

WHAT DOES FULL GET ME THAT FREE DOESN’T?

IMRG’s full expert data insight, which reveals industry best practice and enables you to improve your performance. Our data studies analyse participant performance from the range of datasets that we track – identifying the common points between those retailers who have the highest rates of performance at various stages, and those with the lowest. This enables you to identify where you should focus resource to improve your own performance.

Insight into sales growth, marketing channels, bounce and abandonment rates, sales by device, and 80+ other granular metrics.

HOW DO I RECEIVE THE DATA?

We email the results of our tracker directly to you once a month.


WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

We operate on a yearly subscription service. Upon enquiry, our membership team will discuss the package with you and answer any questions you may have.
