Warehouse extends online returns options by partnering with Doddle

Fashion retailer, Warehouse, has partnered with Doddle, the purple parcel delivery and returns service, to offer free returns for customers, with plans to launch collections later this year.

The partnership enables Warehouse customers to return online purchases for free to any of Doddle’s conveniently located stores and be in and out in two minutes.

Doddle is the UK’s first dedicated and staffed service for collecting, returning and sending parcels.  The stores are strategically located in and around major train stations making parcel collection and delivery something they can do quickly and easily as part of their commute.

Commenting on the new partnership, Tim Robinson, Doddle CEO said; “Giving customers a greater range of convenient options for delivery and returns is a priority for all online retailers.  The customer experience in the final mile has been a pain point for many retailers, which is where Doddle comes in, to ensure the customer journey is of the highest quality right till the very end.  Warehouse have been a great partner to work with and are clearly putting convenience for their customers front and centre.”

Doddle currently has retail partnerships in place with a number of retailers including Amazon, Hawes & Curtis, Countrywide Farmers, Halfords and T.M. Lewin, with a number of new partnerships soon to be announced.
