The new global economic superpower having overtaken the US, China now accounts for almost 35% of global ecommerce sales and it is expected to account for half of the global market by 2018. With the number of online purchases growing rapidly (up 25% in 2014 compared to 2013), total online sales in China are expected to exceed one trillion dollars by 2019. This exceptional growth is largely due to the rise of ecommerce platforms, the increasing emphasis by the Government on consumption and by the increasing demand in European products of well-connected consumers.

To allow European brands to launch their business across China’s vast consumer market, Neteven has worked closely with Alibaba Group’s Tmall Global marketplace in order to launch a fully managed solution which includes the technical integration of the Tmall Global marketplace within Neteven’s platform and the adapted services for brands. Opening up new growth drivers for brands and retailers in fashion, home and garden, kids, accessories and many more categories, Neteven’s customers can now sell their products to the Chinese market to drive incremental revenues.

To master the requirements of a quality distribution project on Tmall Global, Neteven hosts a workshop with Tmall’s International eCommerce Business Development Director. The marketplace management specialist is delighted to have this opportunity to discuss cross border distribution and how Neteven helps brands and retailers from across Europe to launch and grow their e-commerce activity in China.

Workshop Agenda:

Confirmed Speakers include: Antoine Riviere, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of Neteven, Kenan Ardali, International eCommerce Business Development Director of Tmall Global

Neteven looks forward to meeting clients and potential clients willing to expand in the flourishing Chinese e-commerce market. Just a few seats are remaining, make sure you get one of them.
