Fashion retailer, New Look, has gone live offering free collections and returns for customers through its partnership with Doddle, the purple network of parcel stores.

New Look’s online customers never have to miss a delivery again, with the option to have their purchases delivered to their local Doddle store for free.  Doddle’s network of parcel stores are located in and around train stations and are open early until late, so New Look customers can click and collect their online purchases as part of their commute.  Customers can collect and return their purchases from Doddle in under two minutes, and both services are offered free to New Look customers.

With an ever-growing list of Doddle locations, building on flagship locations in Waterloo, Victoria, Cannon Street and Paddington, retailers including Amazon, Asos, Warehouse, River Island, Hawes & Curtis and T.M. Lewin have been partnering with Doddle to increase customer choice in delivery and returns.

Doddle has fitted a third of its stores with changing rooms, allowing consumers to try on purchases and either wear them out or return them instantly, if not right.

Danny Barrasso, New Look Managing Director UK & ROI said:

“With over 30% of New Look customers choosing to collect from our stores, we know there is a strong appetite for fast and convenient delivery options. Working with Doddle will give our customers a wider choice and enable them to select the option that best fits in with their routine.”

Tim Robinson, Doddle CEO said:

“Retailers of all shapes and sizes need to be able to offer customers a range of convenient options for collection and returns so that customers can choose the one that suits them best.  We’re delighted to have New Look on board; they are an early supporter of Doddle and are a prime example of a large retailer putting customer choice and convenience front and centre.”
