How important is the customer in multichannel retail?

As members of IMRG, we’d like to reach out to the community to help in a piece of research which aims to develop a 'voice of the customer diagnostic' for multichannel retailers. 

The survey, which takes 5-10 minutes to complete, contains questions about digital and offline channels, customer behaviour, hard and soft skills in retail.

In return for taking part in the research, you'll receive an email giving you advance access to the full report ahead of publication - ideal for benchmarking your 2015 multichannel strategy against industry trends.
