Ruth Peters

Ruth is the CEO of UserReplay. Ruth was a founder and Sales and Marketing Director for Content Management company VYRE. In this role, Ruth went through the entire lifecycle from product creation, go to market strategy to sale, attracting and retaining some of the World’s leading global brands along the way. VYRE sold to Accel KKR in 2013 and since then, in addition to her current position, Ruth has held strategic leadership roles in two marketing technology start-ups, in the areas of marketing technology services and customer analytics. Ruth’s has a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing and specialises in bringing a fresh outlook and strategic focus to accelerate growth.



Jon Buss

Managing Director | Yext

Jon Buss serves as the Managing Director for UK & Northern Europe at Yext, a NYSE listed technology company. Yext is pioneering a new category called Digital Knowledge Management. Yext’s cloud-based platform gives businesses control of all of the public facts that they want consumers to know, across the intelligent ecosystem including Google, Apple, Bing, Facebook, Instagram, and Yelp. With more than 20 years experience within digital start-ups and market leading international organisations, Jon is driving Yext’s international footprint and customer base throughout EMEA.

Before joining Yext, Jon was Managing Director at Criteo, a NASDAQ listed, marketing technology company.  He has also held international executive leadership roles at Experian, Dun & Bradstreet and Computacentre, and has established and operated his own businesses. Jon has extensive knowledge of the digital, data and analytics sector and is an industry commentator across media & technology. He currently sits on the board of SendinBlue, a Paris based marketing automation company, is an investor & advisor to Century Tech and Journifi, and sits on the advisory boards of Retail Week Live & Retail Week Tech.

Angela Yore MCIM

Angela is MD and Co-founder of SkyParlour Communications and expert in the art of strategic marketing communications for ecommerce businesses, having practiced at a senior level for the past 20 plus years. During this time, she is proud to have raised the brand profile and market positioning of numerous tech start-ups through to market leaders. 
Before co-founding SkyParlour PR and Communications in 2009, Angela held directorships and management positions at Xerox, Océ (now Canon), 2ergo, Payzone and ReD (now part of ACI). 
Angela enjoys her role as EU representative on the Global Retail Insight Network (GRIN) Advisory Board and leads Project Media at The Emerging Payments Association. 
Throughout 2017, she has spoken publically around the world on Women in Leadership, Mentorship and the effects of Brexit on the UK technology sector.


Brian Gaunt

Brian joined iForce as CEO in 2013 and has subsequently doubled the size of the business through the capture of multi-channel and e-commerce fulfilment contracts with Aldi, Dunelm, Maplin, Houseology and Wyevale as well as returns processing contracts with Kingfisher and Maplin.  
Brian has experience across the e-commerce and retail markets having been European Supply Chain Director at ASDA-Wal-Mart, Group Logistics Director at The BigFood Group PLC (Booker and Iceland Frozen Foods), UK Managing Director of Christian Salvesen PLC and Chief Executive Officer of the parcel carrier Home Delivery Network, the predecessor to Yodel. He has also held Non-Executive Director positions with Mayborn (a 3i owned manufacturer) and with Click and Collect (branded as Collect+).



Richard Mitchell

John Gillan

John Gillan currently works at Criteo as their Managing Director for Northern Europe. Prior to that he spent nearly ten years at Google as an Industry Leader and focused on building up their retail business. Prior to Google John worked for a number of FMCG companies in various sales and marketing roles. He is passionate about helping retailers and brands drive their e-commerce sales.

Simon Clifford

Simon Clifford has over 25 years’ experience in the logistics industry, working with Customers across a range of sectors including retail, foodservice, drinks, manufacturing, technology, commercial defence, military and Government. He focuses on developing and delivering growth strategies and leading sales teams in complex sales environments. Simon started his career in retail, working for the Co-operative Group before working in management consultancy and then working as Business Development Director for TDG, Commercial Director for Norbert Dentressangle and Sales & Marketing Director for Keyfuels. He has spent the last 10 years working for Kuehne + Nagel and now leads sales development in Contract Logistics.



Mark Thornton

Andrew Fowler

Nicolas Vedrenne

Chief Business Development Officer | SafeCharge

Mr. Nicolas Vedrenne is the Chief Business Development Officer at SafeCharge where he is supporting the growth of the ePayment market globally. Prior to joining the company, Nicolas was instrumental in creating and managing the European Operations of the Merchant Risk Council (MRC), and managed several Experian businesses as President of Hispano America and CEO of their Spanish operations. Adding to his vast experience, Nicolas has worked at various companies such as Société Générale, Sema Group and Monext, specialising in payment systems, fraud prevention, risk management and credit bureau. With his passion for cross-cultural understanding, Nicolas was involved in championing Madrid city for the 2016 & 2020 Olympic Games. Additionally, he co-wrote a book about “change and transformation”, and is co-founder of an NGO specialising in micro-credits for developing countries. Nicolas is trilingual in English, French and Spanish (first foreigner to be certified by the Spanish Institute), and has worked throughout Europe, UK, Latin America and Spain. Nicolas has a Masters from the Paris School of Business (ESG, Paris).


Linda Hope

Linda Hope is a highly-regarded payment services professional, with over 15 years expertise and knowledge of the eCommerce value chain. Linda joined J.P. Morgan Merchant Services in 2008, and was promoted to Executive Director for the EU Sales division in 2017. She manages a team providing payment gateway, fraud screening and acquiring solutions to international eCommerce merchants, ensuring they get the best-fit solution for all of their payment, security and acquiring needs. Linda is a strong advocate for collaboration and knowledge sharing of industry best practice, and in her role as European Board member for the Merchant Risk Council supports training for payment professionals.



Louise Workman

Louise has vast experience in the retail sector having advised the likes of LK Bennett, HelloFresh and Penhaligons with their strategic legal issues. She has significant corporate experience in group structures, both local and cross border, and has advised on major strategic issues such as global joint ventures as well as fundraisings and M&A plans.
Louise trained at Norton Rose and spent 5 years as an Associate in the corporate finance department before moving to Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. Louise was a corporate finance Partner at BLP for 10 years and headed its retail team.



Andrew Smith

Andrew is Strategy Director at LondonMetric and a member of the Executive Committee.  Andrew joined LondonMetric in May 2014 from The British Land Company PLC where he worked for nine years and was a senior member of the retail team and Head of Investment Portfolio Management across its portfolio.
