Linda Hope

Executive Director for EU Sales | J.P Morgan

Linda Hope is a highly-regarded payment services professional, with over 15 years expertise and knowledge of the eCommerce value chain. Linda joined J.P. Morgan Merchant Services in 2008, and was promoted to Executive Director for the EU Sales division in 2017. She manages a team providing payment gateway, fraud screening and acquiring solutions to international eCommerce merchants, ensuring they get the best-fit solution for all of their payment, security and acquiring needs. Linda is a strong advocate for collaboration and knowledge sharing of industry best practice, and in her role as European Board member for the Merchant Risk Council supports training for payment professionals.

As vice president, Elliott focuses on the importance of accountable media spend through personalisation at scale, leading Conversant’s vision in solving the most challenging digital media issues facing CMOs and media agencies today.


Angela Yore MCIM

Angela is MD and Co-founder of SkyParlour Communications and expert in the art of strategic marketing communications for ecommerce businesses, having practiced at a senior level for the past 20 plus years. During this time, she is proud to have raised the brand profile and market positioning of numerous tech start-ups through to market leaders. 
Before co-founding SkyParlour PR and Communications in 2009, Angela held directorships and management positions at Xerox, Océ (now Canon), 2ergo, Payzone and ReD (now part of ACI). 
Angela enjoys her role as EU representative on the Global Retail Insight Network (GRIN) Advisory Board and leads Project Media at The Emerging Payments Association. 
Throughout 2017, she has spoken publically around the world on Women in Leadership, Mentorship and the effects of Brexit on the UK technology sector.

Sebastien Desreumaux joined iForce in 2018 as CEO. Desreumaux has worked in all parts of the supply chain, with a successful track record of over 20 years within fast growing, international logistics companies. He previously held the position of UK, Ireland and Benelux MD at JF Hillebrand Global Beverage Logistics.
iForce, an Eddie Stobart company, is a leading supplier of multi-channel retail logistics and supply chain management. Building its expertise across retailing since 1997, it holds e-commerce fulfilment contracts with well-known retailers such as Dunelm, Fortnum & Mason, John Lewis, and Paperchase, as well as returns processing contracts with companies including Aldi and Kingfisher.

John Gillan

John Gillan currently works at Criteo as their Managing Director for Northern Europe. Prior to that he spent nearly ten years at Google as an Industry Leader and focused on building up their retail business. Prior to Google John worked for a number of FMCG companies in various sales and marketing roles. He is passionate about helping retailers and brands drive their e-commerce sales.



Louise Workman

Partner in the Corporate Team, Head of Client Services, Head of Retail Sector | Ashfords

Louise has vast experience in the retail sector having advised the likes of LK Bennett, HelloFresh and Penhaligons with their strategic legal issues. She has significant corporate experience in group structures, both local and cross border, and has advised on major strategic issues such as global joint ventures as well as fundraisings and M&A plans.
Louise trained at Norton Rose and spent 5 years as an Associate in the corporate finance department before moving to Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP. Louise was a corporate finance Partner at BLP for 10 years and headed its retail team.



Gavin Masters

Gavin Masters is Maginus' eCommerce Industry Principal. Gavin has over 20 years’ experience in delivering and leading large online operations, digital brands and consultancy services in a variety of industries giving him a unique insight into the online arena. Previous roles include; Director of Ecommerce at Direct Golf UK, Ecommerce Manager at Hallmark Cards and Web Manger at Buy it Direct.

Alan is Senior Marketing Director at Trustpilot, the global online review community that builds trust and transparency between businesses and consumers. Prior to this, Alan worked as Sales & Marketing Director for the leading marketing start-up Upad and as Marketing Director for PlayStation UK.



Justin Barrett

Senior Director - Digital Marketing EMEA | Brightcove

Justin is a Senior Director of the Digital Marketing business unit EMEA, in London. He has a background in e-commerce and customer experience and has helped key brands improve their customer digital experience to improve conversion. He has been with Brightcove for several years and manages key enterprise accounts in EMEA and specialises in helping them formulate their video strategy to drive growth.


Andrew Fowler

Andrew has over twenty years of experience designing, developing and marketing business solutions for the retail, distribution and mail order sectors.  Over the past fifteen years Andrew has specialised in solutions that relate directly to online sales.
As a technologist and experienced business analyst Andrew prides himself in his ability to apply technology to a business challenge to drive efficiency and profitability.
In his current role Andrew is delighted to have the opportunity to introduce the highly successfully Apptus eSales search, merchandising and personalisation suite into the UK market.
Apptus are leaders in the Scandinavia market and are active throughout Europe and have some of the largest retailers in Sweden as clients.



John Readman

John is a global e-commerce expert and online retailing strategist, who has over 20 years of industry knowledge having harnessed his craft in CRM, email, SEO, PPC and Google Shopping. John is responsible for driving the marketing strategy at Summit and accelerating the global growth of the world's leading retail changemaker. His passion outside of work is Ride25, a company which he founded to raise money for charity by running one of a kind cycling events all over the world. He previously was the driving force behind Search Laboratory which he grew from 10 people to over 160 people in 3 years before exiting to set-up Ride25.
