Customer Connect 2020 Call for Speakers

Do you have customer experience knowledge, learning and insight to inspire your retail peers at Customer Connect 2020?

If you are a Retailer and have an inspirational story of combining your expertise and know-how in order to provide an invaluable customer experience, then we would welcome you to submit a proposal to speak at Customer Connect 2020 (17 June, London).

Customer Connect puts 200 retailers at the heart of the customer experience through exclusive content, unique experiences, and networking.

Submit your proposal to speak at the event and showcase the outstanding work you have done in this area.

Please keep the following in mind when you submit your proposal:

The conference programme focuses on providing attendees with actionable insight, best practice guidance and inspiration around customer experience
We are looking for senior retailers who have vast knowledge and experience with measurable success in customer experience
We ask every speaker to provide a ‘session overview’ summarising what a delegate can expect to get out of your session
