The peak period is well and truly underway. Black Friday has been and gone, only to be replaced by another looming monolith in the calendar: Christmas.

It's at this end-of-year crux that monitoring customer attitudes becomes particularly pertinent. What do customers expect this year? How are they buying? What are the most common issues they're experiencing? It's in knowing the answers to these questions that retailers can boost themselves ahead of their competition.
