ISIS: a keystone in the bridge of trust between shops and shoppers.
ISIS-accredited merchants now account for approximately two thirds of all UK online shopping.
Consumers can shop online with confidence wherever they see the ISIS logo because it certifies that the merchant has:
-
registered with the ISIS programme and undertaken to trade in a manner that is LEGAL, DECENT, HONEST, TRUTHFUL AND FAIR;
-
had its web site and service reviewed and monitored by IMRG;
-
had its Business, VAT and Data Protection registrations checked by IMRG.

To verify the merchant's ISIS certification, simply click on the ISIS logo - a new 'ISIS verification' page will open up confirming that specific merchant's certification. If you see an ISIS logo that doesn't correctly link through to the verification page, please report it to IMRG immediately by emailing ISIS@imrg.org
ISIS (Internet Shopping Is Safe) is run by the e-retail industry body, IMRG.

The UK Government's E-Envoy Andrew Pinder said:
"Educating consumers about how they can shop online with confidence and safety is a vital part of the Government's objective of making the UK the best place in the world for e-commerce.
