Figleaves.com Deliver with MetaPack
Figleaves.com went live with MetaPack last week to increase their
delivery options and streamline their fulfilment process. They use
MetaPack as a black box behind their ‘COM’ system which makes a call via
an API once the order is scanned. The consignment is then automatically
allocated to a carrier within MetaPack and the label image called back
by figleaves.com’s system to be placed on the invoice. This allows them
to print a single piece of paper with all the details of the order and
delivery, including returns label, on their own stationery. Customer
Services then log in directly to the MetaPack system for order tracking
and delivery updates.

figleaves.com is just one of the household names to go live with
