E-crime

Security and fraud are always going to be key concerns for the online industry, as hackers and cyber criminals get increasingly sophisticated in their activities.
IMRG work with fraud prevention agencies and Government departments in order to raise awareness about key threats such as DDoS attacks, fraud techniques and viruses. We see the best way of mitigating some of the effects of these threats is through industry-wide communication and consumer education.
Online business affected by e-Security issues?
If you are an online business that has been effected by ecrime activity please contact your local police force, or if you are having difficulties please contact IMRG and we will do our best to assist you. email: ecrime@imrg.org or telephone, during normal office hours 0207 716 5604 or contact Andrew McClelland at anytime on 07837 392963.
