IMRG has a vacancy for an Administration Assistant in our busy office. Working in a fast paced environment, we are looking for someone with energy, a professional approach and good attention to detail. Key elements of this role include first point of contact for telephone enquiries, maintenance of customer records, events administration, support office operations and posting information on the IMRG website and Twitter account.
IMRG is the industry body for internet retailing in the UK, representing nearly 300 organisations with operations covering event management, research, self-regulation, industry development and representation.

MAIN PURPOSE/OBJECTIVES OF ROLE: To support office operations, communications strategy and be a professional 1st point of contact with IMRG and ISIS and the general public.
KEY ROLE DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To answer office telephone and direct calls
- To maintain customer records
- To assist with the administration of IMRG events
- To send email communications to clients
- To support office activities e.g. stationary order
- To coordinate staff calendar
- To post information onto IMRG website and Twitter account

Any other appropriate duties at the discretion of management and as mutually agreed
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Customer service and previous office based experience a benefit
